Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GOTCHA collects through the forms on our PMC Framework (CFO) page, GOTCHA Residency (CHRO) page, Private Brief and Assessment Call page, and what we do with it. In this policy, “we” means GOTCHA, Kala Dawn Daniel and Kala Dawn Daniel Enterprises Inc.
Effective date: October 7, 2026.

What we collect

We collect what you type into our forms, plus a few details about the request itself. We do not collect payment details through these forms.

  • Unlock forms (CFO and CHRO pages): your full name, company and work email.
  • Private Brief: Your work email.
  • Assessment Call form: your name, work email, company, team size, the friction areas you pick, and any notes you add.
  • About the request: which page you used, the page address, and the date and time.
  • About the confirmation: whether you confirmed your email, and when.

The confirmation email

When you submit an unlock form, we send you one email with a one-time confirmation link. Clicking it shows the address is yours and opens the locked content. The email is sent through Google’s email service.

If you request a link again, the earlier link stops working. If you never click it, the content stays locked and we do not treat your address as confirmed. The details you entered stay on a pending list until they are deleted (see “How long we keep details”).

Where your details are stored

Your details are stored in a Google Sheet that GOTCHA controls, in Google’s cloud. One tab lists every request, confirmed or not. A second tab lists only people who confirmed their email.

Access is limited to people at GOTCHA who need it to follow up. Google handles the data for us as a service provider, under Google’s own terms and privacy policy.

What your browser saves

After you confirm, our pages save two small items in your browser so you do not have to confirm again on the same device: a marker that you unlocked the content, and the email address you confirmed. The Private Brief saves a similar marker for its calculator.

These stay on your device until you clear them. When you return, your browser sends the saved email address to our Google-hosted service, which checks that it is confirmed and loads the locked content.

To remove these items, clear this site’s data in your browser settings. You will be asked to confirm again next time.

How we use and share your details

We use your details to send the confirmation email, unlock content, reply to your request, and follow up about GOTCHA’s services. We do not sell your details.

We share them only with the providers that help us run these pages: Google (storage and email), the company that hosts our website, and [Calendly, if you use it to schedule calls]. We may also share details when the law requires it.

How long we keep details

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, or until [12] months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. Requests that were never confirmed are kept on the pending list for [30] days.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Email hello@getgotcha.co to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. We reply within [30] days.

When we delete your details, we remove them from both lists. You will need to confirm your email again if you want to unlock content later.

We cannot clear the items saved in your own browser. To remove them, clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Write to us and we will explain what applies.

Children, changes and contact

These pages are written for business professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18.

We update this policy when our practices change, and the effective date above shows the latest version. Questions about it go to hello@getgotcha.co.
