What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your session. Inside 12 hours, a 50% fee applies since your pro has already reserved the time.
What should I expect at my appointment?
Your pro will text 20–30 minutes before arrival. They bring their own kit and set up in the space you’ve prepped — just make sure the prep notes for your service are handled ahead of time.
Is tipping included?
Tipping is optional and never required. If you’d like to tip, you can add it after your session directly through the confirmation email.
Are pros background-checked?
Yes — every pro on GOTCHA completes an identity verification and criminal background check before their first booking, renewed annually.
